G3 Unvented safety checks

Property Fix is now qualified to work on Unvented Hot Water cylinder Systems G3. It should be part of your annual servicing (this will NOT be covered by your annual gas safety check unless install is G3 qualified to ensure that installation is correct and that the safety devices are operating correctly.

Lawson is a great and a friendly man, who will not live a stone unturned. I had an issue with my radiator and I called him for help. He without hesitation, came for my rescue and put things in order. I will recommend him million times

One of my bedroom door got stuck and I couldn't open it. Found Lawson on Google and although I was worried as I didn't know anything about him, he was very good. Something needed replaced as the old bit broke inside the door. Lucky me that Lawson had what was needed in his car and quickly replaced it, without any damage to my door. Also he fixed a few more doors who didn't shut properly. Brilliant! And he came to help me within a half an hour. And the price was very resonable. Someone else was about to come for my door, the next day and for a higher price. Not very often you can find someone with so many qualities. Thank you, Lawson 👍

Excellent service - Lawson arrived on the day of my call to fix an airlock problem and fit a new tap. He went above and beyond to ensure I had the right equipment and knowledge to fix the airlock myself if it happens again. Can't recommend enough.Thankyou Property Fix!

We contacted Lawson because a pigeon had fallen down our chimney. He arrived within 20 minutes removed our gas fire and freed the pigeon we were so impressed with his level of service that we asked if he would be able to carry out an inspection of our gas appliances.
