This is the old syphon valve removed the thin plastic should be complete not shredded. A new syphon was fitted to the toilet.

Gas fires should always be removed as part of the gas safety checks & any debris removed & chimney inspected.

Removed main head of stop tap with very large 32″ spanners (to enable leverage required) and replaced with new tap head. Van is stocked with most variations of stop taps useful to carry out the job in one visit.

Had a call out due to customer hearing water I realised where the issue probably was and cut large holes and made an access area to carry out the repair. This avoided the disruption that would have being caused if I had removed the kitchen unit to carry out this repair.  Occasionally I have used a flexible camera to assist and pin point where leaks are located (or not located) and therefore minimise damage to areas such as tiled areas in bathrooms/under floors etc.
